I usually come every 3 weeks for a clear polish manicure. On my last visit, the technician finished without applying the clear polish. I explained that I typically get the transparent polish with drying and oil. Luckily, a colleague stepped in and finished my nails beautifully. Please ensure all staff know your full services, as not everyone prefers gel or shellac. The 4 is based on the colleague that stepped in! Or else it would have been a 2.5.

Multiple broken and chipped nails within just a couple of days of getting shellac done here. My nails were very strong before and have become extremely weak since I got them done here. The lady did not listen to what I wanted done at all. Told her I wanted to keep them long and she insisted on cutting them down and would not listen otherwise.
