I was seen to 20mins after my booking time, they also allowed a walk in to go to the first available nail tech before me. The lady i had was lovely but kept pushing me to do gel as it was ‘better and faster’ even after I said I’d like to stick with what I originally booked so I caved and said yes because she basically wouldn’t take no for an answer. The whole thing felt super rushed and the nails weren’t done properly and it cost me more than what I had already paid with my online booking.
