I’m never going back. Wasted £43 for ugly extensions and poor service. The technician was careless and unprofessional, she even hurt my skin. I felt uneasy the entire time and had to constantly watch what she was doing. To make things worse, she was loudly chatting with another technician the whole time, it was just uncomfortable, painful hour.
