Nail salon staff and beautician not very welcoming or friendly. Beautician had no attention to detail - she missed a lot of hair which made the whole exercise pointless. Won't be going back.

Really friendly staff. Even though I booked a hot wax, it was a mixture of strip and hot, even though I asked for all hot. Not as thorough as previous hot waxes that I've had

I have been going to this venue for some time. They have multiple treatment rooms that provide you with some privacy. My regular therapist Sonia is polite and welcoming. She is personable which makes my nerves go out the window. The appointment is normally booked in for 30 mins but Sonia is an absolute profesaional. Within 15 mins I'm hair free keeping the 'ordeal' quick and easy.
