Kim is absolutely brilliant for waxing, and you do always get a good manicure here. However, I've been going there for 8 months now, not that anyone has noticed, and wouldn't kill the rest of the staff to crack a smile once in a while! Always feel like you're a bit in trouble or in the way and never quite sure why...
