Cash only accepted and you realise this when you get to the venue, there is ATM outside but they charge you £1.90 for transaction and it is completely looking dodgy so made me insecure. The lady was with me in the room when I was dressing up which was completely uncomfortable.. she put back the same towel I touched and covered myself for the next customer.. completely dissatisfied with my treatment as she didn’t wax all hair off and didn’t even wipe off my sweat before applying wax.

Received excess redness (much more than usual) as this particular therapist was quite harsh, though she was a lovely lady. I was also a little concerned with how full the salon was, and the fact that some customers weren’t wearing masks.
