I was made to wait 40 minutes for my appointment. I asked the receptionist when I would be seen and he kept saying “in 5 minutes”. The treatment itself was unsatisfactory- I was left with eyelash dye all around my eyes which stained my skin and the treatment did not lift my lashes. I was then told that they only take cash, but was given no prior notice of this. The staff were also very rude. All in all a very bad experience. It’s worth paying more for a better service elsewhere.
