Wouldnt say that im satisfied, but also not overly disappointed. Very average treatment. Equipment was taken from a drawer - not clear if was clean and sterilised prior to use. I paid for 2 week manicure, and had to pay £5 extra as i asked for french, even though they didnt really have all of the necessary equipment and the manicure itself was rushed and very quick. Will see if it lasts that long...
