The nails were fine and very reasonably priced. However the nail technician put acrylics on my nails instead of gel extension which I had paid extra for which is disappointing.

Nice staff however I was expecting much more volume and thickness from lashes because of past experience in other salons. Did not want natural looking lashes or I would have booked a different treatment. Discussed with beautician about wanting a lot of volume so they look good in pictures however at the end of the treatment I was told "I didn't want to do too much because it's too much for some people", however I thought I made it clear too much is what I wanted. Paid £56 to have eyelashes that look and I quote "like I'm just wearing mascara". The treatment itself is a fairly uncomfortable situation to be in regardless however another person joining and standing over you half way through whilst your eyes are glued shut caused a great amount of anxiety in an already stressful situation.
