They’re always running late, they accept too many people so even if you book you’re never seen on time. They don’t respect your time at all only the money they get. Always a stressful and unpleasant experience unless you’ve got nothing else to do and you never get an apology.

I really want to leave a good review but my ‘Luxury Manicure’ was an all round bad experience. We waited for 10 minutes before we were even acknowledged and then bare minimum customer service throughout. The manicure consisted of a blue gel being coated onto my hands and then having them wrapped in cling film. Then we were left for 20 minutes. I had to take it off because my skin was stinging, and I don’t have allergies or any other skin problems thank goodness. Sorry but no redeeming qualities.
