I don’t normally leave reviews, however I had to write this. I booked an appointment for a specific time. After waiting 40 minutes I asked when I would have my appointment....suddenly the beautician was available. I think to have someone waiting for 40 minutes when they booked an appointment is unacceptable. Also, the beautician rushed my treatment. Very disappointed.

I have gotten acrylic nails twice and got them removed twice at Vauxhall Nails and Beauty. The staff there are all very friendly and this has now become my go-to nail salon, which I 100% recommend for anyone looking for one to visit :))
