I was happy with my manicure but the reason I am giving this such a low rating is because I booked this to relax on my lunchbreak after a pretty horrible morning at work. However the therapist was so moody and rude. It made me feel really awkward. Also they don't take card payments unless you pay in advance via Treatwell and they were really difficult about that. It wasn't clear when I booked. I won't be going back simply because it was such a dreadful experience interpersonally.
