Pretty dreadful, too few technicians working on several people at once - my gel removal was fitted around someone else’s manicure so the 15min appointment took 40 mins and yet was so rushed there is still some varnish left and my nails feel rough and dry.
It was very cheap so I suppose you get what you pay for but I wouldn’t rush back.
