I had to wait 20 minutes to be seen after arriving for my appointment, which was slightly frustrating as it was already late in the evening. I found the person who did my nails was very abrupt and short with me, there was no smile to greet me or friendly chat, just told me to sit down and pick the colour I wanted. We didn't speak for the duration of the treatment, only to tell me to swap hands, which is fine but just felt like it was a bit 'get you in and get you out' sort of vibe. The actual gel nail manicure was good and was happy with the outcome, they could just probably work on the way they speak to customers!

Unfortunately one of the worst eyelash extensions I've had. Within a couple of days they were falling off in clumps! And by 2 weeks they were all gone, very disappointing. The salon its self was nice, staff fairly friendly however I doubt my techican had much experience as it took her the whole 1.5 hours to apply the lashes (I've had them done many times before and at a push a full set is done between 45-60mins)

Lovely salon & staff. Much more enjoyable experience than some nail salons, which can feel rushed and unfriendly!
Really pleased awith eyebrows.
Was pleased with gel nails at the time but the nail varnish started chipping slightly the next day, which never normally happens to me. And four days later one extension broke off, which has never happened to me before! I would definitely go back here for eyebrows, not convinced on nails.
