A perfectly good functional salon - don't expect a luxurious experience but very quick and efficient. The wax used on my eyebrows was too hot and left me with a quite obvious burn, unfortunately there wasn't much I could say to complain! I then had a really thorough pedicure and a quick manicure which the beautician did whilst I was having my toes done, so it was all over quickly. I would go back for another pedi but avoid future waxes!

Good value, and selection of colours. My manicure chipped easily and didn't even last 24 hours. My pedicure was a good standard and lasted well, but the foot were not cleaned between uses, this would put me off from returning

My treatwell booking had not been received but staff were still able to fit me in. The gel nails were quick and good value for money

I love my gel nails- they couldn't have been done better! However, this venue clearly doesn't stick to bookings as they have a walk in policy. Therefore, on arriving, I had to wait for quite some time to be seen and saw several people walk in for other treatments and be seen immediately. I'm guessing that those getting their nails done, causing me to wait, were walk-ins. I think that if you've booked an appointment and are on a tight schedule, you should be seen on time! However, the treatment itself, I cannot fault. I will return to the salon but as a walk-in myself and will not go to the trouble of booking online first.
