I had a lash lift and it barely lifted my lashes. After I expressed my confusion and disappointment (as it’s not my first lash lift) I was told I could come back at 10am two days later. I called the day before to confirm that they would be expecting me at 10am and was told it would be fine. When I arrived there was no knowledge of my appointment. Eventually I was taken to a treatment room and the second lift looked much better. Aside from the frustrating hiccups, I was happy with the end result.

Really good shellac manicure, would definitely recommend.
Only thing is lacking a bit of atmosphere as they just have music on on the TV, lots of customers are watching Netflix on their phones - bit weird. Suggest they should switch onto TV channels and then maybe customers would interact a bit more.
