To be honest, I didn’t pay a lot of attention to the place itself but there seemed to be a nice, friendly, cheery atmosphere while I was in The Vault. My appointment was with Stephanie for a Bespoke Facial and I cannot recommend it highly enough - it was absolutely wonderful! Stephanie is the loveliest girl you could meet and she is extremely knowledgable - she did a proper examination of my skin, advised me, and carried out the most comprehensive and sublime facial I’ve ever had!💖 Thank you!💕
