I booked balayage and forced to pay £8 for it be treatment before even getting it done, but when i went to get my traetment done, I've been told that my hair is too dry and can't have the bleach and just got my root done and a toner but I have been charged as balayage for it, I'm so disappointed

I had a full head of highlights done by the lovely Mandy and she did an amazing job! My hair was previously bleach blonde but I dyed over it with some brown box dyes and I came in to the salon wanting to eventually go back blonde. I was told by other salons that a colour correction would cost £150+ but I had a full set of highlights for £85 at Vault!! After my first appointment with Mandy my hair has lightened so much more than I expected and it looks and feels so good! I can’t wait for my next appointment and to be blonde again!
