Like in some other comments - supposedly they haven’t got my booking. I wasted time, and now I needed to go through annoying process of sending a complaint to treatwell as I can’t get refund otherwise

The member of staff was very friendly and I really like my new hair, although my appointment did feel a little rushed. I also had to pay extra as my haircut was classed as a re-style.

Haircut was quick and choppy but looked alright in the end. Hairdresser was incredibly rude, would absolutely not go back there as a result.
