Saturday afternoon Tina did my hair colour and a few curls for an event - she destroyed 60% of my hair about an inch and half of ends. Monday I went to show her the results of her work and she was very dismissive, she do not even stand up to look at my hair and with her colleague, both said my hair is destroyed because of the blonde colour and she did not want to use bleach…I’ve been blonde more than 20 years I have never experienced something like this. Terrible!
