Pleased with my nails and a good price for central London. Only slight fault was that I booked an appointment online so I could go on my lunch break and when I got there I had to wait - same as if i hadn't booked, luckily it wasn't too busy at the time.

The ambience is calm and relaxing, the staff are accommodating and welcoming, and my mani pedi was absolutely perfect as usual. Would recommend to everyone.

Love this salon, always really good. I only had infills this time which have chipped a lot after 2 weeks however infills aren't generally as well wearing as getting the nails completely redone so it's not really the salons fault.

my appointment was for 6.15, but i wasn't seen until 6.45, no apologies given or acknowledgment that i (and 2 other women) were waiting. The manicure was ok, the colour seems quite thin.
although the salon is clean and attractive, it has zero atmosphere, some music would be a good idea
