My appointment was met on time , the staff was lovely and gentle - sometimes staff at nail bars are rushing to get you out , but this was dofferent . Thank you . I will definitely go back .

My second time here, unfortunately not as pleased as last time. My appointment was at 5pm, but they didn't see me until 5.30pm. The subscribed treatment time was 50 mins, and I didn't get out until 6.35pm making me late for my dinner reservation. They didn't apologise, just kept saying they would be with me soon. It is a very popular place and they try to accommodate as many people who walk through the door, unfortunately, to the detriment of your existing customers. Very happy with my nails but if you go here, don't be in a rush to get on with your day...
