Staff were extremely friendly when I arrived, however I was disappointed with the quality of my nails. I felt that the painting of the nails was rushed and the second coat of polish didn't go down to the same part of the nail the first coat was applied. One of the acrylic nails started to come away from nail in less than a week but I popped in and the staff sorted it free of charge
