First off, the 40 minutes time mark for acrylics is not accurate. I was there for almost two hours, causing me to be late back to work. I paid an extra £5 for the gel acrylics because the owner said they ‘last much longer’. ‘Much longer’ must mean that 3 nails will snap fully off in less than 24 hours then! When I complained about it the owner refused to do anything about it! I used to go here very often so they’ve lost a valued customer. I would not recommend!!!

Its good value for money, but each time I have been my nails have immediately begun to chip the next day. The manicure does not last long at all.
