My nails look loverly, the venue is in a great location and the staff are really nice. Lots of colours to choose from, quick at doing nails which was good, the only let down is that I had to wait some time to be seen, due to them overbooking.

It was quick and professional and the lady who did my file & polish change was friendly and spoke good English. She checked a few times if I was happy with the shape, which encourages me to give honest feedback. Other places can be intimidating like that. Also like the fact that they stock OPI nail products.
