Staff keeps on chatting to each other, other customers came prepared with e.g. their kindles. During the treatment the filing caused some bleeding and the lady didn't apologise or care that it hurt like crazy (no surprise with all the chemicals involved, but still). Results are good and durable, however not as even in thickness and surface as I've had in the past from other places/appointments using the same technique (powder gel).
