The nails looked great. Asked for extensions but they made them shorter than I requested. Still, shape and colour looked great. Staff were not very friendly, they talked and whispered between them and they had no particular interest in communicating with the client. Still, a good service and a good result for a good price.

I was greeted and attendet to promptly on my arrival. The shellac nails are lasting well. But the manicure felt a bit rushed and I had a nail technician swap in the middle of the service. A junior girl cleaned and shaped my nail and then more senior person took over afterwards. I prefer to have one person looking after me. It was a busy Friday evening for them though so I understand that they had to rush.

Booked an appointment, but was seen 20mins late. Then when it was my turn, the manicure was rushed and my cuticles and buffing of the nails was only done on half the hand.
