I was left waiting for another technician mid treatment. The new technician had no idea what I was booked in for and was extremely rude when I said I wanted infills and not a change of polish. The appointment was over an hour, so I was late back to work and to top it all off I was overcharged. I'd booked in and quoted 16.20 but I was charged 18. Not the biggest difference but ontop of the service issues it was the cherry on top.

The gel manicure was really good. The pedicure started well- good foot grooming- but then the trimming and colour were rushed and so not as good. They rushed around trying to get through all the people in the salon. Mixed feelings
