The gel nails were done pretty well however the technician cut my nail cuticle and made it bleed (and it really hurt!). Also in the removal process instead of waiting for the acetone to fully work, she began using an electric drill (unhygienic as the same one is used on everyone) to remove the gel. I just think a little more care and less rush would have made my experience better.
