The service was less than average.. but the staff are very rude and chatty.. i asked her to do me an almond shape.. which i am used to.. then she did abit of a wider shape.. i told her i wanted it more pointy she wasnt happy.. kept talking in her language to her colleague and it seemed like she was complaining about my simple request and at the end told me this is pointy not almond in a very annoying way.. the whole service was also abit too rushed.. im generally not happy.. unfortunately wont be coming back even though a year ago it was my Fav salon in london.
