The store was unclean, and the staff not very competent. Polish ended up patchy, and the technician just tried to paint over dust which had been picked up in the LED machine. Polish also didn't dry properly because of low quality lights, and the technician smudge the polish several times by pushing my hand into the (dirty) machine. Definitely not worth 33 pounds (15 pound surcharge for Gel).

Very friendly and accommodating, my nails were beautifully and carefully done and my technician was especially considerate of my damaged nails underneath. Will definitely return.
