It’s always so refreshing to have a treatment by someone who is professional, welcoming and totally listens to what the client requests. Jo truly creates a bespoke service and is more than happy to discuss the process and rationale behind the treatments.
I always feel in safe hands at the salon. As well as being a welcoming and clean environment Jo always works her magic to make me feel comfortable and relaxed and VERY happy with the treatment results
Jo really understands anatomy and facial balance and has even steered me towards treatments that have been cheaper/less invasive to get the results I’m after (even if she loses money doing so!)
I’ve had several treatments at Vanity Box now and can’t recommend Jo enough for the fantastic service and results she provides and the aftercare given 😊

I had my eyebrows done today microblading. Plus my ears done with the candle 🕯.
Joanne is very professional and I am more than happy with my eyebrows she has done a amazing job . I now have eyebrows.
