The venue itself is fine, receptionist is really friendly and accommodating, however the therapist took an extremely long time to do my Hollywood wax which usually takes max 15 mins and took 30 in this instance. Despite taking a long time I kept having to tell the therapist that she missed a bit, and bits were still missed after I left.
