Really friendly professional staff, my appointment wasn't delayed which can sometimes be the case if you're the last customer of the day.
The wax itself was great, only slight criticism would be that I noticed a few small hairs remaining so I had to tweeze them myself when I got home, but would definitely go back! Highly recommend

Super lovely salon with fantastic staff. They make you feel at home and always make the effort to remember who you are. I've got quite thin hair but they did a fantastic job of making it look much thicker and healthier
