The service is v good and the staff v helpful. I was offered coffee whilst I waited and after my waxing I had a haircut and received a v relaxing head massage.

I was kept waiting for 30 mins and then even though I'd booked with a senior stylist it was clearly a junior stylist cutting my hair.

Lovely girl did balayage on my hair. She really listened to what I wanted. Great blow dry too. Have already recommended talking heads to my friends who have been and were equally pleased with their experiences
