Staff were friendly and professional. My therapist was knowledgable and it was a great massage.
Just a couple of things regarding the overall experience:
- the door to the Salon needs to be closed as the voices travel upstairs and can be noisy, not very relaxing whilst receiving a massage.
- I would recommend an eye mask when lay on back. It's quite a light room so this would have made the experience more relaxing.
Would definitely go back.

Enjoyed getting my finger nails and toe nails gel manicure / pedicure but I was disappointed with the quality of the application. The gel varnish was applied unevenly and too low into the bed of the nail - especially on the pedicure. The cuticles weren't pushed back enough and so there was some skin that wasn't removed - this has caused the varnish to life within a week of application.

Wax took longer then i have ever had it before, and there were areas missed. Maybe i should have checked it over before leaving. On the plus side, it was done professionally, with minimum pain.
