I had to wait 20 minutes after my allotted appointment time for the beauty therapist to arrive. Gel manicure was average at best - I will be going elsewhere to get a new manicure in the next week. 'Luxury' pedicure I could have done better at home myself than wasting £20 on the one at talking heads. Will never go there again and definitely would not recommend any manicure/pedicure treatments!
