Staff were all very friendly, they were running behind schedule due to having only just moved into the pop up store but explained that to me and were very apologetic. Haircut was thorough and good and my hairdresser offered advice for how to style it at Home, talking me through what she was doing. I’m not always a fan of chat at the hairdressers but it was decent. A bit of massage with the hair wash would have been great but that aside all good.

I am not normally one to leave a bad review, but I feel in this instance it is necessary. My Brazilian wax was terrible. Really, really bad. The girl doing it was lovely, but so inexperienced. It was not a Brazilian, it was a high bikini wax and not a great one at that. I had to go to another salon the next day to sort it out, (making this the most expensive wax I've ever had), and the lady who completed the job was as shocked as I was about the quality of the waxing. Even more annoyed as I complained and was told the manager wasn't there but would call me, 2 days later and I've heard nothing. £24 down the drain. Would definitely NOT recommend.

Really good eyebrow tint- the lady that did my eyebrows went over them twice to ensure they were as dark as I had wanted. However, my eyelashes weren't as black as I had hoped (and I have had before, elsewhere)- hence the 4 starts.

Hair cut was lovely, but it wasn’t very relaxing , the salon looked dirty and there was no offer of a glass of water etc, good price for the haircut though
