I’ve been here a few times now and this is the first time I’ve had a bad experience. I appreciate it is a pop up shop but I don’t think staff should feel they have to give their clients towels to keep them warm as they are shivering through a Hollywood wax for an hour. The lady was so lovely and tried to warm me up by giving me towels and asking whether I was ok through my shivering and goosebumps but there wasn’t anything else she could have done. The room where I got my nails done was warm though. I paid quite a substantial difference to get the luxury manicure with the shellac gel as I usually get just the application due to my skin being dry. It’s almost £10 difference...but there’s no difference between treatments at all so I wasted that money really. It’s really a shame but I don’t think I will be going back again.
