My gels were tough to get off but Vanessa was really patient and professional and managed to get them off beautifully. She was absolutely lovely, I will be back!

Appalling. Very inexperienced staff, kept tugging on my skin and even took skin off, got wax everywhere, painfully slow. Treatment room tiny, office-style strip lighting, no towel to cover myself. Zero ambiance.
