i asked if she could remove my nails with acetone and she ignored me, she filed my entire nail bed down including my natural nail and i felt a burning feeling and she carried on when i said it hurt. after that she proceeded to rip the acrylic off my natural nail causing my nail to break - would not recommend at all.
