They always seem to have different person doing the eyebrows etc. especially if you prefer a certain therapist. I can’t remember the lady I had the time before this but I would’ve preferred her as I really liked how she did my eyebrow.
Also they had schedule my appointment time saying my therapist was running late but she was actually doing another patient downstairs.
