A little room down a corridor. You could easily walk past it. Val is so sweet and did a brilliant job and at a great price. Very convenient.

One of the best waxes I've had in London. Perfect location, friendly staff, quick and neigh on painless wax. The room was warm and clean and felt more indulgent than most salons. Prices are amazing too! 100% will be returning.
I was a bit disappointed with my visit here. I wasn't told on arrival that the member of staff doing my nails didn't speak English so, down to a language barrier, she filed my nails square rather than round like I asked, which meant she also filed all the length off when I'd been growing them specifically to have them done. I had to get another member of staff to translate that I wanted her to round the corners.
She also managed to make me bleed on two fingers when she cut my cuticles (this might be common, never had my nails done before!). I was still happy with the colour and overall look in the end, it just wasn't quite what I wanted.
The other staff were friendly, but I think they might need to welcome the customer, find out exactly what they want and translate it to any staff that doesn't speak English first.
