I was a bit disappointed with my visit here. I wasn't told on arrival that the member of staff doing my nails didn't speak English so, down to a language barrier, she filed my nails square rather than round like I asked, which meant she also filed all the length off when I'd been growing them specifically to have them done. I had to get another member of staff to translate that I wanted her to round the corners.
She also managed to make me bleed on two fingers when she cut my cuticles (this might be common, never had my nails done before!). I was still happy with the colour and overall look in the end, it just wasn't quite what I wanted.
The other staff were friendly, but I think they might need to welcome the customer, find out exactly what they want and translate it to any staff that doesn't speak English first.

I was looking for a place to take care of my waxing every 6 weeks. and definitely I met, val and very professional wax and painless, she and very fast. when you weigh this starting, she says over. simply wonderful treatment, and definitely recommend it to all women looking for a good professional and good wax.
I really enjoyed getting treatment from Val. She is not only a great professional who managed to save my hopeless feet and give good recommendations on how to treat them in the future, but also created an atmosphere of peace and comfort. Will definitely go again! Although the venue is not fancily designed, still it is very clean and tidy. So, ladies, if you are looking for a perfect day of nail treatment and waxing , you know where to get it;))
Was very quick but quality of waxing was great too.
