The therapist was lovely and I felt relaxed through my wax but the room didn't look very clean and I had a lot of hair left on my legs I realised when I got home

I always walk away happy after a visit here ..the only person I must for my waxing and nails :)
Shellac is coming off a little on 1 nail after 1 day. Lady was very nice though and I might go back and give them another go despite the fact that the job was not exactly perfect.

My wax was quickly & competently done and was quite cheap. However, there were a couple of things which made this wax less pleasant than my regular place in the same area at about the same price.
1. The waxer was not friendly - she spoke maybe 5 words to me during the session. I personally think it's particularly important to be friendly when you are about to cause someone pain as they are likely to be nervous!
2. The processes - I didn't expect a spa for the price but I do think that it is good manners for the waxer to leave the room while the customer undresses. It also concerned me that they didn't get me to do a health questionnaire as I'd never been there before & it may have been my first ever wax - they didn't check for any conditions that make waxing not recommended.
3. The quality of the wax - this was, as I say above, competently done & very quick, however it left me in a lot more pain afterwards than my normal waxer. Also there were some hairs missed.
