Don't know how this place has good reviews. Staff were nice enough, but wax itself was AWFUL, one of the worst I've ever had (and I've been to a lot of different places). Really red and sore, went over the same areas multiple times as didn't even pull the wax off correctly, most of the hair just broken off as I had so much regrowth within 24 hours, gave me a hollywood even after confirming I booked a brazilian at the start of the appointment, bed is right up against the wall so you can't open your legs properly, and cleanliness wasn't great, with the bed just covered in permanent plastic cover (no paper roll on top) and not changed between clients.
Maybe I had a bad practitioner, but I would actively NOT recommend this place.

the staff aren't very friendly with all customers. this is bad because it puts off customers. they also didn't make sure that i was comfortable during pedicure and they were ready to use a stained towel but i noticed it, so they changed it.
