Ambience not the best but considering the price it's decent. Staff quite friendly and gets the job done

Terrible experience! As soon as I walked in, the waxer was short with me, I put it to one side and tried to lighten the situation and she relaxed but didn't leave the room as I undressed which was awkward. I had booked bikini, lower leg and underarm so when she started on my upper leg I was confused and asked if she was going to do lower leg which she confirmed. I thought I must have booked the whole leg by mistake. By then end of it I once again asked if she would do the lower leg (the main reason I was there) and she once again said yes.
Despite this, she finished without doing it and when I asked her again, she insisted that lower leg was upper leg. She would not go onto her own website to look at the different options so I had to show her on my phone that lower leg was below the knee and upper leg was above the knee but she still insisted that lower leg was upper leg and upper leg was lower.
All this whilst in my underwear feeling very upset and uncomfortable. She made me pay extra (prices in the shop are different to the website anyway) and made me pay before she did the lower leg as well as if I was going to run away without paying. I then had to get dressed in front of her whilst feeling absolutely horrible and just wanted to get out of there.
As well as that, it was the worst wax I've ever had. It may have been quick but that's because effort was not put in and there was no checking afterwards. The method was sloppy and broke the hairs off leaving sticky wax residue that wasn't cleaned off. Regrowth was painful and the wax itself lasted less than a week and actually a lot of hairs missed. It was a total waste of time and money.

The experience was overall good. They cut my cuticules without asking whether I was okay with it (didn't realise they were doing it until too late). The colour options were also good, but my nail chipped the following day (I got shellac, which is supposed to be permanent). I think is not their fault, though, as I tebd to not be careful enough, but was hoping for it to last a little bit longer..
