Overall, my experience was good, but as I am a picky client, I have some comments. The salon is small, but it is cozy and comfortable enough. I did need to wait to start my appointment, around 10min, but it is fine. Pedicure was really enjoyable, manicure was good, just could be a little bit more precise while applying the polish not to miss any corners of nails. Also, I was asked to paid 8£ extra for gel polish removal even though I bought a package and wasn't informed about possible extra charges. However it was nice to have a tea. The only thing surprised me that women next to me, who were first time in salon received a discount for next appointment and I didn't get one even though it was my first time too. Should be equal, I guess. Anyway, basically the value and quality more or less matches, nails look good.

I always enjoy my visit to Val it is such a friendly atmosphere. They take their time to make sure that you leave happy with their work. My nails always look special when I leave.
