I really don’t like writing bad reviews and in fact this is one of two times in my life I do this, but I have to say my peace. I’ve been getting sugaring for the past 7 years so I know exactly how it’s meant to be done, not because I’m very particular but just because my skin is very sensitive and I was going on my honeymoon beach holiday so I was very specific and asked the staff 2 times (during phone conversation and when I arrived) to check that it was sugaring and NOT waxing. However I quickly came to realise that even though the therapist tried to use sugar in the beginning (I think) she wasn’t using a sugaring technique which is entirely different to waxing! Then she switched to some blue wax that was SO hot I actually felt the burn hours later. I was going to leave but my honeymoon was the next day so I’d have to urgently find somewhere else.
Worst of all even though she did waxing which is a technique she should have been more familiar with, I still had to come home and run epilator to make sure the hairs are all gone... I haven’t tried any other services there (and never would) but sugaring is definitely not something they can display on their website! They shouldn’t be allowed to mislead like this. I rated the staff higher just because they were really sweet but probably either have to lie to people in order to get business or just not educated... The place also needs a good clean and it doesn’t look like the one in the picture. Sorry guys, but I hope it helps you make this a better place!
