Appalling!! I booked on the day to then be told 2 hours before my appointment that the therapist wasn’t even in the salon today I was then told to arrive at 6pm for another therapist only to wait a further 1 hour for my treatment This is the 2nd time I have booked and then been told the therapist is not arriving on the day I suggest Treatwell make sure with the salon that all staff are in Very annoying
